We will check on your property while you are away. We monitor the important bits--temperature, damage, leaks, etc. You can decide how often you'd like us to check on things.
Vendor and contractor support
Let's say you need some work done while you are away. We can meet contractors to get estimates, unlock doors and provide some general oversight of your home remodeling and repair projects.
Homecoming preparation
Would you like to have your refrigerator stocked when you arrive at your Florida home? How about some fresh flowers? We can manage that for you.
